Shipping | Returns
While our priority is happy customers, we understand there are times when a refund is necessary. REFUNDS DO NOT APPLY when the customer has had a change of mind, ordered the incorrect part, found the product cheaper elsewhere, did not like the product or decided they now had no use for the product.
REFUNDS DO APPLY when we have made the error in providing an incorrect product or a defective product. Further, we require customer notification within 14 days of purchase. Products need to be returned unused and undamaged to our factory at 5/8-12 Lieber Grove Carrum Downs for assessment. Assessment shall take no more than 7 days. If the product is found to have been incorrectly supplied or defective, a replacement product will be offered or a full refund of the price paid. The cost of returning the item to our factory will also be refunded. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Please be aware, Tawco Marine Products is a manufacturer and there may be times when a product is in production and a greater lead time may apply. Naturally, we do our best to keep these occurances to a minimum.
For customers on Australia's eastern seaboard, delivery is normally 2-5 business days. Western Australia and the NT would need to add a few days to this. We cannot be responsible for the shipping provider but will do everything we can to ensure smooth delivery.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilo. Please don't hesitate to contact us with any queries.
